Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a healthy, fit 39 yo woman that is now eating 2-3 candy bars a day. I have never craved sweets really and I also have a runny nose all the time. I have also had severe depression after my father passed and lost 25 lbs 2 years ago. I was 118 lbs and I m 5 7. Now I m at 140 but I can t stop eating. When I was 118, I couldn t eat anything! It tasted like sawdust. Now everything tastes amazing. But I can t stop. Such a dramatic shift. Any thoughts? YYYY@YYYY
Initially due to depression, you did not want to eat anything or sweet, but now you are absolutely normal, so you do not need any medication for that. To control eating problem or weight, you have to control the craving for sweet or have to do regular exercise. There is no need to take any drug.
Thanks
