Hello! I m a 35 year old woman with unusually sweet smelling sweat in my groin...or it s my pee, it all smells like a pancake house down there! Like syrup sweet, started today, thought it was unusual and wanted to check to see what s going on! Pre-syrup smell I ve been working to lose weight (and nailing it), always have a clean bill of health, no regular meds, get cluster migraines from time to time, I had a sharp cramp last night and most of the morning either mensis or BM related, or let s be honest - both. I have an IUD (Mirena sp?) and started my period today, so double the syrupy smell surprise! Any thoughts? Anything I should be concerned about? It s nothing, just weird right? Thanks!
