What Causes Sweet-smelling Body Odor During Menopause?

Sense I have gotten older, past menopause, my sweat has become smelling sweet. Mostly in my body creases. Under my breast, and even under my knees. I am over weight, 5 3 , 230#s. Never told that I am close to being diabetic. Should I be concerned? Or is this normal?

As per your history is concerned the symptom has many reasons so first do full blood count with differential and ESR ,Fasting blood sugar to ruled out some basic pathological diseases.Orally take ALMITY PLUS one tab regularly for ZINC deficit.Thanks)
