What Causes Sweet Smelling Sweat With Peeling Skin On Back?

Hi I have recently discovered my sweat has a sweet or fruity scent, I do not think I have cancer or Aids. I rI started exercising about a month and a half now. I also noticed that the skin on my back as well as side areas have started to peel again. What do I need to do to stop this if there is a solution to my problem

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you something cancer, HIV, is such diseases that can only be diagnosed with different test and it can not be diagnosed on clinical condition alone so forget about this, your symptom could be nonspecific and not the cancer or HIV, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
