What Causes Sweet Smelling Urine, Tremors And Dizziness?

I have noticed my urine is sweet smelling for a few months now. I ve got really bad anxiety. I passed out a few days ago coming inside my apartment I was very dizzy and shakey. I felt as if I couldn t breath and couldn t see right before I blacked out. Today at work I blacked out with the same signs as before. Right before I passed out. The EMS was called but I was afraid to go with them? Should I go to the doc

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the sweet smelling urine, tremors and dizziness indicate various possible conditions as:
- Diabetes mellitus
- Urinary tract infection
- Kidney infections

It is highly recommended to consult your primary care for evaluation of urine for microscopy report indicative of:
- Underlying infective bacteria
- Pus cells per high power field
- Sugar, protein, acetone bodies
- Or else

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
