What Causes Swelling Above The Right Clavicle?

I have been on antibiotics for six days for swollen /infected lymph node right axillary which is improving. Yesterday noticed swelling above right clavicle. It is not small or hard are just puffy-neck is stiff and sore onthat side from falling a sleep on couch without a pillow. I am concerned about this swelling. Should I be>
