What Causes Swelling All Over The Body Along With Chronic Fatigue?

Cant get diagnosis. I have had swelling all over the body with chronic fatigue, & joint pain?no energy, get tired & loose breath walking into next room. 41 year old male. Principal & football coach for 17 years till March & had to quit. Endo is giving up. All bloodwork is good except low Testosterone.have had many back surgeries. Drs want to blame it on meds but I have changed them recently & that did not help! Just want my life & job back
