What Causes Swelling Along With Bug Bites On Buttocks?

Hi .. lately I ve had little bug bites appearing on my back/buttock area and recently (within the past 3 days) I ve noticed some swelling around the top of my buttock region right where the cheeks separate ... is this with goin to the emergency room? It s very uncomfortable when I try to sit down

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be any insect bite but this could be infective boil, but main concern would be pain and swelling or discomfort, and for that I would advise you to treat this condition with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, if this is not resolved then you need to go for clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
