What Causes Swelling Along With Redness And Pain In Left Hand?
I have swelling , red, in my lt hand for 3days and my rt thumb is starting to swell, now. Pain radiates up my lt arm.I have had antibiotics for 3 days and a shot Friday. Little or no change.Where do I go from here? If this continues I will unable to eat or take of my personal needs. I can no longer cut up my food or dress myself.Hx of Diabetic, West Nile- 2008,HBO- controlled, venous insufficiency- rt leg

It might be an Infection of the arm. However some blood tests are needed and a longer time of antibiotics treatment. Please discuss with your doctor.
