What Causes Swelling An Dpain In The Left Arm After An Injury?
I fell this morning from my last step injuring both my feet. there is swelling on the left side of my left foot and more pain on the left than the right. my question is that my left ft is rather cool to the touch actually feels like I should put on socks. if this abnormal?

It could be a contusion only.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
