What Causes Swelling And Blistering In The Legs?

both legs, lower blistered and extremely swollen and bruised all the way around can t bend or tolerate movement, swollen all over body, had wreck in august, have renal insufficiency had bad concussion and bleeding of brain and memory and brain function very bad and getting worse since then, was flown to another hospital due to the bleeding and concussion. No follow up here since broken rota-tor cuff no follow up? the swelling and blistering have resulted in over 50 lbs + in gain, fear early onset of dementia also?? thanks
