What Causes Swelling And Bruising In Legs?

Hello doctor(s) my name is jamie I am 30yrs old,I have been having swelling in my legs and they are red and hurt bad and I cant get my doctor to look into this problem she always thinks when something is wrong with me it is due to my diabetes..I get so tired of hearing this!I am a juvenile diabetic and was recently diagnosed with blind loop syndrome..please need help and advice
