What Causes Swelling And Bruising On Between The Toes?

11 days ago I assumed I broke my toe it was swollen & bruised between the 2 toes and up into my foot. I have had broken toes before so I dealt with it. The past 2 days just the toe itself hurts more and is very red & swollen. The skin was not broken. Thank you!

Hello,

If the toe is swollen an X-ray is required to look for any bony injuries. If there are no bony injuries then cold compresses will help.
