Hi I just took a shower and notice on the right side and slightly to the right and up from the public hair that it look like a swell or a small ball under the flesh. I can push on it and it is jelly like. No pain or discomfort. I do drink a lot of tea, water. Spend a lot of time in the hot sun working. Urinate is very slow at times and no pain. Thanks
Your symptoms are indicative of lymphocele, these bumps/ lumps or swelling appear on your penis after you have sex or after masturbation. They are caused due to blockage in lymph channels that carry clear lymph fluid. These lumps usually go away shortly after they appear and don’t need to be treated. They may cause urinary tract infection (UTI) and pelvic pain. Get Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done and drink adequate amount of water and fluids. You will be accordingly treated.
Molluscum contagiosum, a sexually transmitted skin infection that also cause small bumps filled with a wax-like substance. Treatment is surgical removal. Penile cancers cause abnormal lump of tissue on the penis. At first, it may just look like a typical bump, but may grow much larger and begin looking red, irritated, or infected. Get it clinically examined by a Urologist. Get required blood tests and investigations done. >In the meantime, take care of your hygiene. Abstain from sex and any type of sexual activity.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
