Hello and welcome to HCM forum,
Thank you for writing to us,

I would like to inform you that in your case the ulcer is increasing in size and its been more than 2weeks since it started, the best thing to do now is see your doctor at the earliest.
For burning/pain sensation you can apply topical anesthetic over the ulcer,
also over the counter painkiller can temporarily provide pain relief.

Ulcers can be from a number of causes including stress, vitamin deficiencies, viral/bacterial infections , autoimmune conditions, etc. It is important for us to rule out the exact cause for the ulcer in order to provide you with appropriate treatment.

Kindly see your doctor at the earliest,

I hope my answer was helpful ,
feel free to write back ,
I wish you good health,

take care,
Dr. Bibhudutt Nanda
