What Causes Swelling And Burning Sensation In The Spleen?

i feel like my spleen is swollen and a burning sensation ..in addition when I raise my left arm othe outside it feels hard and hurts ..it also feels as though something s pressing against my lungs when I breathe ..the X-ray showed nothing in the ungs ..i am due for a cat scan early friday …so sc ared

By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
No need to worry for major diseases as your chest x ray is normal.
To rule out spleenic pathology, you need to get done ultrasound examination of abdomen.
Possibility of spleenic enlargement and related pain is less because you are not having fever or any blood disorder. Fever and blood disorder are common cause for spleenic enlargement.
So simple musculoskeletal pain is more in your case. You need painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Don't worry, you will be alright.
