in a way i lost my virginity yesterday, i said in a way because he penetrated only a few times. he didn t ejaculate and i ve been on the pill for almost a month now. we didn t use a condom. immediately afterwards, the bottom outer parts of my vagina were swollen and red. it hurts to touch it and it s sensitive, my boyfriend is a virgin as well and we are both clear of stds. today the swelling has gone down, but i noticed a light yellow/brown thick discharge today. i ve had tons of yeast infections in the past and i am positive i m not showing symptoms. is this normal? PLEASE HELP ASAP PROM IS NEXT WEEK.
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vaginal soreness, swelling and brownish discharge is common after intercourse for the first time, because of the hymenal rupture. since you are on oral contraceptive pills, thick white vaginal discharge is normal because of the hormonal effects. You can consult an OBGYN specialist if the problem persists. Hope you found the answer helpful. Regards Dr Deepti Verma
