My lymph nodes all I m my right groin are swollen, I have had a dull ache in my groin for months and now the ache is getting worse and slightly more intense. I have lost 10 pounds I m two months, it sometimes makes my legs ache and now sometimes I feel a slight twinge or mild shooting in lower right tummy and thighs. I have been to the doctors twice and had blood tests which came back fine but I am sure this is not normal!
