General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that there are issues with the circulation to the feet. He needs to be assessed by his doctor.

If this is confirmed then there are medications that may be able to help. Additionally, controlling risk factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes and cholesterol - would help with circulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
