General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptom suggestive of acute balanitis like inflammation of glans penis.

You can be prescribed topical antibiotic cream and oral anti-inflammatory drug course for that.

Wear loose clothes and avoid tight-fitting clothes.

Drink lots of water.

If associated itching present than fungus balanitis should be ruled out.

You can consult a nearby urologist for examination and get prescription accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
