What Causes Swelling And Itchiness Of Vagina With Dark Discharge?

hi, im 18 years old 5'0 and 140 lbs . recently my partner of about a year now have been having more sex than usual , sometimes it can get pretty rough . the last time was a couple nights ago and during intercourse i couldnt get wet anymore and we continued even though my vagina was dry . since that day my vagina has been a little swollen and still dry , the dryness makes it itchy and today i noticed a pink light tan almost beige discharge . was it because of the sex or do i have something to be worried about ?
