What Causes Swelling And Itching In Hands After Taking AKT4?

i've been detected of breast TB and am having AKT4 medicine. Now its past one month since i have been having this medicine. I have all of sudden developed swelling in my hands and is very itchy and painful. Even my legs get itchy and there are small bumps like mosquito bites. What does this indicate? please help.
