What Causes Swelling And Itching In Vagina Alongwith Spotting?

I have been havin some problems my vagina has been very swollen also it itches feels irriated I been spotting a little to like brown n some what of light light pink. I had sex and I think I got baby oil in could this be a reason I also had sex after that could I just og made it worst?
