What Causes Swelling And Nodules In Legs And Feet?

I recently started having nodulations in my legs and feet,swellings and difficulty in walking. Consulting a Physician, he asked me to go for blood and urine test. The result are as follows:

Haemoglobin count:9.0

Neutrophil:66

ESR:11

C-Reactive Protein: Positive

Chemical examination of urine- Albumin: Trace

Microscopic examination - PUS Cells:4-6/H.P.F

Epithelial Cells:3-4/H.P.F
