What Causes Swelling And Numbness In Armpit?

Over the last two weeks I have had a little swelling under my left armpit and a little pain in the lft shoulder,scapula and chest. It caused a little numbness in my arm as well. I had a CMP as well as a CBC done all came bach normal. I have a history of Pulmanary Fibrosis in the family and hae smoked in the past for about 10 years. Blood pressure is good and have no tightness or cough in my chest. Any suggestions
