What Causes Swelling And Numbness In Knee After ACL Reconstruction?

I am 33. I had ACL reconstruction (Patella Tendon) about 4 weeks ago. I am currently experiencing pain and swelling with eduma in the patella tendon graft area and around the knee as well. I developed numbness around the arthroscopy incision as well. Is this normal or does it take more time to get back to normal?
