What Causes Swelling And Numbness In The Foot After A Fall?
My foot has been swollen and numb since a fall in June. Now experiencing upper right back pain that comes n goes. When onset its hard to catch my breath. Constipated. Soft good food diet. Wheelchair. I have had a ruptured thoracic disc since 2003. Degenerative lumbar. Fibro is what the drs. Have concluded for foot pain n swells once I get up. Pain. Am due for a mri on thoracic. Do you think this right behind breast in back is related to my foot? Could it be kidneys or anything else in your expertise? I have been to 4 drs. On foot. All leading to fibro. But the pain in my upper right back doesnt seem right?

All the conditions you are presenting may be very painful.Treatment options for such pains may include: different lines of pain drugs, myorelaxants, steroid shots ocassionally, physiotherapy and surgery in some cases.I will advise you see a Rheumatologist for evaluation.In the meantime, the following may hlep -Pain drugs like aceclofenac and tramadol -Myorelaxant like miorel -Elevate legs while lying -A diuretic like furosemide may help reduce the swelling Other treatment options may be exploited after examination by your Doctor.
