What Causes Swelling And Pain At The Bridge Of Nose?

Problem / concern: Bridge of nose slightly swollen / red & very painful to touch History; I have been on amoxicillan for 6 days 500mg 3x / day for a sinus infection (my first one ever). Also clariton D & nasacort I was blowing my nose almost non stop for 2 weeks, (didn t go to doc until 12th day of not feeling well) left nostril was super sore, maybe small cut or irritation or something as a result of over blowing /drying it out w decongestants / etc. Yesterday (day 5 of antibiotics) the left side of my nose was getting sore. Today the bridge of my nose is reddish & slightly swollen and it feels like someone punched me in the face. Slight / light touch hurts, even if i wiggle my nose without touching it, it hurts. If i put my head down ( leaning forward) its painful & i feel a lot of pressure. Shouldn t I be feeling better? The antibiotics are a 10 day course. I still have post nasal drip - thick & yellow, I ve been sneezing, but not as congested as I was 5 days ago. Why does my nose hurt sooo much?
