My muscle below my butt cheek is swollen and it hurts to stand and walk ... what could be the problem ... I will also add the pain goes into my knees as well and it hurts to the touch ... any ideas ? The pain was on both side same spots but now the right side is swollen and hurts way worse ... going on for about a week ? Hurts to sleep as well ... I wake up when switching positions bc of pain
It can be a simple muscular pain.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get an ultrasound scan to rule out possibilities like hematoma.
