General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a simple muscular pain.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get an ultrasound scan to rule out possibilities like hematoma.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
