What Causes Swelling And Pain In Chest With Nausea While Having Benign Thyroid Goiters?

I have 4 thyroid goiters all have been diagnosed benign 4 years ago but recently I have swelling and pain and feel unconfortable in my chest area, nausea feeling and headache. When I was diagnosed it was working properly; so what s up? Are these symptoms from thyroid? I just don t feel good

These symptoms can be associated with lung pathology and doesn’t look like related to thyroid. Kindly get an CBC, LFT, X-ray (chest) and consult with reports.
