Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are not suggestive of gangrene. It seems to be an outer ear infection. I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam. In the meantime, I would recommend avoiding the gauge for some days and using locally boric alcohol drops.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
