What Causes Swelling And Pain In Foot?

i have had breast & ovarian cancer, full hysterectomy, double masectomy & tram flap rebuild and had chemo, told i was clear now. however i have severe pain on my left foot, now swollen, hard to walk bit red but doesnt hurt to touch it. have you any idea what this could be
