What Causes Swelling And Pain In Perineum?

I used the bathroom a few days ago I had to keep going I continued to wipe my anal area and the last time I went to the bathroom it hurt when I wiped down there. A few days later I noticed in between my vagina and anus skin was swollen it s very tender and hurts only when I touch it. Not sure what it could be?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to frequent wiping area there might be having some soreness and some local skin infection giving rise this problem.
Clean local part with plane water and apply antibiotic cream locally.
Continue for 2-3 days.
If soreness or pain increases then you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
