What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Abdomen?

what test should be given? I have had abdominal pain over 10 years. The pain in the last 2 years is steady and daily. I feels like the area has a sore inside and I feel like my stomach is swollen. These symptoms are with or without eating or drinking. I have changed my diet over the years. When I drink water after a few seconds it hurts. I am a 4yr. breast cancer survivor.
