What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Armpit?

Hi, I ve had swelling and some pain in my arm pit for about a week now, at first it was just one area that I am pretty sure was a lymph node, and it has decreased on size, now my armpit is more tender and my arm aches. I started my period the day after I noticed the swelling and am currently still on it. Should I be worried?

As per your history Do a (blood Dc and Twbc Count) to ruled out infection
Nothing to be worried as there is pain
