What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Breasts After Taking Norethisterone?

I have not had a period for 2 months all test showed negative on a urine test. i took a pill called norethindrone in april and had 2 periods in the month of may as well as june yet july seemed fine. after july there has been no period in august or september suddenly there is breast swelling and cramps. can you please help me i went to see other doctors and no one is helping my situation i asked for a blood test and the doctor swears that the urine test is accurate

Hello,

You need to investigate for the irregular period and not coming sometime. For that investigate with ultrasonography pelvis, serum TSH estimation, serum DHEA and prolactin estimation as well.

A urine test can be considered conclusive in rule out pregnancy so you can rely on it.
