What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Face While Having Hypertension?

Hi, my mother is Hypertensive. she was undergoing dental treatment for which she was to be given LA, but by mistake Sodium hypochlorite was injected instead of LA and she immidiately had very bad pain and first half stiff face with pain in ear, nose and eye and later swelling at one side, her BP shot to 240 and still she is having the swelling and pain on the right side of face kindly advise what to do?

She is on Nebistar-H and Repace medication.
