What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Head?
Hello doctor, my mom has been experiencing head swelling with mild head ache for a week, yday she had a severe pain and she felt numbness on her upper lips, she is 40 , the swellings are on the right back of the head and to the left side of the head, can you help me with it?

Hi,
A headache is a common symptom and can be due to many causes.
If the head ache is increasing from a week then we need to do a clinical neurological examination and find out is there can be any condition in the brain which might be causing the problems.
Please discuss with your doctor and get a CT brain scan done if needed.
