Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are suffering from peripheral oedema & need to get treated. You should go for screening tests for thyroid(Thyroid function tests), CBC, Urinalysis. The swelling indicates low protein levels, liver or kidney disease sometimes heart problems. If you are pregnant you need not worry it will go away just continue to take vitamin supplements. Keep your foot elevated on a pillow or a stool. Visit an ER, get examined diagnosed so that you can continue with the treatment. Don't neglect or take it easy. Stop all addictions, eat healthy. Take multivitamin supplements for you need it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
