I had swelling that was very painful in my left knee it was red and very hot, a couple days later it moved to my left arm, it was swollen, and red, a little later, it moved to my right arm very painful, red, maybe a day later it had a rash, very red and painful, What wrong with me

It may be the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Check blood for rheumatoid factor. Consult a rheumatologist.
