What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Neck?

I have swelling in my neck on my left side with pain sometimes in my ear. I have a sharp pain that hits sometimes when I eat certain foods. I have a lot of dizziness, with sometimes the room spins. I do have TMJ and Fibro. could this be associated with that? thank you

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned please do one MRI scan to know exact pathology and you need a clinical examination by a neurologist in your area because your symptom dizziness is not associated with [TMZ & Fibro]
