What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Wrist?

I m a 39 year old male, who is very active and in great shape for my age. Im a landscaper and my job keeps me fit. However sometimes I develp pains associated with my work that I can t remember causing. My right wrist became very tender as if something struck it. I ve had Similar pain like this before, but now the area has become inflamed and very swolen. It seems as if it could be fractured, but not sure how it may have happened?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be single joint arthritis and better to confirm the diagnosis till then you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day care need to be taken for lifting weight and uneven movement of hand with wrist joint hope this helps.
