What Causes Swelling And Pain In Vagina?

Please i need help,I have a small.problem, my vagina entrace has been hurting me for 3days i and i have a sensation to pee but it doesn t hurt when i pee or itch all, my urine is not cloudy, i am not showing pints of pink or red when i clean my self or a weird smell, nothing at all of that. I used monistat just in case it was a yeast infection, but it feel about the same, n i tried to touch the area to see if it may b swollen and it is, i don t have medical insurance to b able to go to a special please let me know what you may think it is.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection in opening of vagina producing some soreness and irritation on urethral opening giving sensation of passing urine frequently.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Important is to keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
