What Causes Swelling And Pain In Vulva Area After Taking Monostat?

i was on antibiotiocs for 10 days also for 5 days on predinsone. now i have a yeast infection, last night i used monostat, and this morning i can hardly walk because of swelling and pain in the whole vulva area. whats up, what do i do to get rid of it now?
