What Causes Swelling And Pain On Buttocks?

Right at the top of my butt crack its swollen and warm. It hurts to sit, lat on my back, and sometimes walk. There is also a bump there too. It hurts so bad and i have no idea what it could be and if i should go to the hospital, or if it will go away on its own and what i cam do for the swelling. Please help.
