What Causes Swelling And Pain On The Left Side Of My Neck With An Enlarged Lymph Node, Sore Tongue, Cough With Green Mucus, And Low-grade Fever?

the left side of my neck is sore and my lymph node is swollen and feels like a vein or muscle going up the left side of my neck close to the lymph node is protruding and my left side of the tongue is larger than the right side and it hurts, I have been coughing a lot, running a very low grade fever, coughing green and yellow mucus. I do have lung problems, but I do not think this is related to them.
