Hi there,I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
I will suggest you to continue with the anti tuberculosis treatment as it is. Please do meticulously take the same. It takes 6 to 9 months or more to complete this treatment. With the course of treatment, your problems at surgical site will also improve.
Secondly, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet. Meditate regularly. Think positive.
