What Causes Swelling And Pale Discolouration In The Left Hand?

I cannot make a fist with my left hand. Right hand is normal. I have diabetes (40 yrs) A1c 7.4,Left hand is swollen, when contracted into a fist the fingers below the first joint look white, no blood flow. unlike the right hand which has normal coloration when curled into a fist. Left hand has severe pain when attempting to make the fist. The pain is in the fingers, the palm of the hand and in the thumb.

hi friend this not due to diabetes it has common skin infection which can be cured by some antibiotic like:amoxicillin CV 1bd will be Best
