What Causes Swelling And Red Rashes After Getting Tattoo On Arm?
I just a new tattoo on wednesday it is located the inside of my arm couple hours after my tattoo it swelled 3 times the size of my other arm and then yesterday started to get red with little red dotts not really a rash just really bad irratation and it is now friday and it has not got better.

I will keep a possibility of Allergic Contact Dermatitis (ACD) to tattoo ink, as the reason behind rashes, swelling and irritation.
Specific treatment for ACD would include topical potent steroid+antibiotic combination creams (e.g clobetasol propionate+fusidic acid cream), to be applied twice daily for a week or 10 days. Topical steroids are prescription products.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful. Your treating dermatologist might also start you on a short course of an oral steroids if deemed necessary, to take faster control of the allergic contact dermatitis.
