Hello,

Potentially you have the following problems
1) Swelling and redness above the navel
2) Hemorrhoids
3) Difficulty in digestion with various food allergies
Let us address each one separately.

The following are the possible causes of swelling and redness above the navel:
1) Umbilical or paraumbilical hernia
2) Hemangioma
3) Granuloma
4) Sebaceous cyst
5) Lipoma
6) Metastatic nodule
7) Abscess

Only with in person examination and few tests we can determine the specific cause of your redness and swelling and thus treatment.
Now hemorrhoids:
1) It's a very common problem
2) You must have tried the following measures
a) Sitz bath or putting warm water in a tub with pinch of salt and sitting
b) Anti hemorrhoidal cream that consists of a local anesthetic and a steroid
c) Eating high fiber foods to prevent straining at stools
d) Laxatives to soften the stools
e) Drinking large quantities of water
f) Calcium dobesilate tablets daily once for 1 week

If you had tried all the above it's time you have to go with surgical management. Kindly consult a surgeon for clinical examination and management. For indigestion, syrup Aptivate daily 10 ml for 1 month.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
